Deposit & Payment for Services

Deposits:


  • A deposit of 30% of the total service cost is required to secure all bookings, including individual appointments and group/wellness services. 
  • Deposits are applied toward the final balance of your service. 
  • Deposits help confirm your reserved time and allow us to prepare a personalized, high-quality experience just for you.


Payment Methods


  • Credit/Debit Cards (3% per transaction fee applies)
  • Mobile Payment Apps (Venmo, Cash App)


Final Payment


  • The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment or event. 
  • For group or wellness services, final payment must be settled 24 hours prior to the day of the event to ensure smooth service delivery. 


Late Payment


  • Payments not received at or before the appointment may result in service delays or cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to withhold service until payment is completed.

Suggested Tipping Etiquette

Tips are always appreciated but never required. For exceptional service, a gratuity of 15-20% of the total service cost is customary and a wonderful way to show your therapist appreciation. 


You can tip in cash at the time of service or include it with your Venmo or Cash App payment. Your generosity helps support the personalized care and dedication that goes into every session.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and schedules can change unexpectedly. To ensure that we provide th

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 7 days of your booking to avoid cancellation fees. 
  • Cancellations (7+ Days in Advance): Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 7 days before the scheduled service. Deposits will be full refunded or applied to a future session.
  • Cancellations (Less that 7 Days): If an appointment is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled time, the initial deposit will be non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future booking. 
  • Cancellations (Within 24 Hours): If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, the full cost of the service will be required as payment. 
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior cancellation will result in a full charge for the session. 
  • Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. 
  • Weather & Travel Issues: In cases of severe weather or unexpected travel difficulties, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with no penalty to either party. 
  • Refunds: Prepaid appointments that are canceled according to our policy will be fully refunded or applied as a credit toward future services.
